Learn about our agricultural heritage by taking a tour through the Leaping Deere Legends Museum. Over the last 20 years, Don and Julie Budd and family have avidly collected John Deere tractors from the two-cylinder era, along with equipment, literature and other collectables. When their collection out grew the implement sheds, they constructed a museum to house their hobby.
Just a few of our Vintage John Deere Tractors
In 2006, that hobby led them to transform their 375 acres of farmland into Leaping Deere Legends, a unique attraction offering visitors an opportunity to see and learn about agricultural history while experiencing first-hand the Fun of Farming. The museum represents a 1940's John Deere dealership and inside you'll find a unique collection of vintage John Deere tractors. Some are very rare, and many have been restored while others are still in their "working clothes".
The museum collection also includes John Deere equipment, parts, toys, collectibles, and memorabilia.
Thousands of visitors have come to see this collection from as far away as Holland, Germany, England, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and the United States!
There are plenty of fun activities to keep the kids busy while Mom and Dad or Grandparents enjoy their tour.
